The EC12 series coding potentiometer can rotate 360 degrees, with a torque of 30-300gf.cm. The maximum contact resistance of the switch is 100m Ω. The fixed grid power of the switch is 5V DC 10mA, the working stroke of the switch is 0.5mm, and the working force of the switch is 300-1000gf. The switch circuit is SPDT.

Cold resistance: -40 ℃ 960 hours, moisture resistance: 60 ℃ 90-95RH 960 hours, use temperature: -40 →+85 ℃, storage temperature: -40 →+85 ℃.

The maximum operating voltage is 12V, and the withstand voltage is 300V AC for 1 minute.

The rotational lifespan is 30000 times, and the operating lifespan is 30000 times.

Manual welding at 300-350 ℃ for 3 seconds. Wave soldering/reflow soldering: 240-260 ℃ for 5S.

Output signals: 12 pulse 24 positioning, 24 pulse 24 positioning.

 

The EC12 encoder base is 12.5 in length and 13.2 in width, with base thicknesses of 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, and 6.5mm. The total product height L includes 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, etc. The length L can be customized.

The EC16 encoder base is 16 in length and 17.6 in width, with a base thickness of 7.5 and 8.0mm. The total height of the product can be customized.

Usually there are 5-pin terminals, plastic and metal shafts, both vertical and horizontal.
